Preparation
Prepare onions and garlic in the ususal way and chop both quite fine, especially the garlic.
Juice the oranges.
Juice the lemons.
Cooking
Fry the garlic for a couple of minutes in a little sunflower oil.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the orange juices, lemon juices, chopped onion, wine and hot garlic. Mix well.
Put the chicken breasts in a casserole dish and cover with the fruity juice.
Add a little salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 4 for 55 minutes, basting regularly.
To serve
Serve with FAIRTRADE rice
or FAIRTRADE quinoa.
Variation
FAIRTRADE Orange Juice can be used in place of the juiced oranges.
