MethodPreparationPre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 6 (200 deg C). Chop the nuts fairly small.Grate the chocolate coarsely. Sieve together the dry ingredients and add the nuts and chocolate. CookingIn a separate bowl melt the butter or margarine and beat in the eggs and milk.Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix very quickly. (A few lumps are OK). Pour into muffin cases (only two-thirds full). Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. To serveAllow to cool before serving.VariationsYou could sneak in a handful of FAIRTRADE Sultanas. |
